Hi, I’m Rachel — also known as Mrs E.
I’m a certified Nutrition Coach, kitchen gardener and mum of three, passionate about helping women rebuild their health in a way that feels grounded and realistic.
Years ago, while running a business overseas and living on stress and convenience food, my body pushed back. I became intolerant to dairy, gluten and a long list of “lovely things.” It wasn’t subtle — it was painful.
Like many women, I was told to avoid the triggers.
So I did.
But avoidance didn’t answer the bigger question:
Why had my body become so reactive in the first place?

What I Believe
Women don’t need another elimination plan.
They need structured support to rebuild strength — so eating doesn’t feel risky.
At Home with Mrs E is where I share practical, gut-friendly recipes, kitchen garden wisdom and nutrition education grounded in real life — not perfection.
And through my programme, From Restriction to Resilience, I help women restore digestive resilience and reduce long-term food avoidance.
