The Jaspire Project

From Paddock to Pantry

We’re turning part of our Southern Highlands property into a productive family garden — one bed, greenhouse and muddy pair of boots at a time.

OUR FAMILY PROJECT

Why Jaspire?

Named for our children, Jaspire is our long-term family project. We want to grow the food we actually cook, make the most of the seasons and share the experiments, setbacks and small victories along the way. It’s not a finished show garden — and that’s rather the point.
