    • Lemon Juice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Your Oven:
    • Begin by preheating your oven to 150°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure easy cleanup.
  2. Prepare the Kale:
    • Remove the kale leaves from their thick stems and tear them into bite-sized pieces. Make sure the kale is thoroughly dried after washing to avoid sogginess.
    • In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over the kale. Massage the oil into the leaves to ensure each piece is lightly coated. This helps them crisp up in the oven.
  3. Season:
    • Sprinkle the sea salt and chia seeds over the kale. If you’re using additional spices like garlic powder or smoked paprika, add them now. Toss everything together to evenly distribute the seasoning.
  4. Bake:
    • Arrange the kale in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. You might need to work in batches depending on the size of your oven and baking sheet to avoid overcrowding.
