Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (optional)

Method:

  1. Prepare the Cucumber: Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess water using a paper towel or cheesecloth.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
  3. Add Dill: Stir in the fresh dill if using.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Method:

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, apple sauce, cinnamon, and honey.
